Bad workmanshio and poor customer service

Vw jetta was sent to renew it panelbeaters for pothole accident. After almost a month of fighting the car was received. Car had not been test driven to ensure wheel alignmnent and balancing were done correctly. Car had a terrible shudder at high speed. Car pulled to the left. Which is the side which was damaged. Wheels were visibly buckled. Hail damage to the car which was never there. Driver seat was fiddled with seat mechanism no longer working. Overall a terrible experience and the staff member in charge of my vehicle just has a dont care attitude.
