My car was taken for repairs last year August. I only received the car in November. A number of things were not done. I was promised that I should bring my car in January 2017. In January more excuse were told like wrong part ordered and they only addressed few staff. Only in August some of those staff were fixed except for a clutch. When I raised issues of a clutch I was told that , the problem was not a clutch but the car was ageing . I took the car to GM and i was told that it was definitely a clutch. I informed renew it and I was told that the clutch was not part of what was fixed. fortunately I still had emails from the Operations Director and the agent who was helping me confirming that the clutch was part of what was supposed to be fixed. I took in the car last week 20th September 2017.Until today there is an attitude that they are not responsible for the clutch. This is regardless of the fact that one of the delay in me getting the car in 2016 was for them waiting for the clutch and eventually communicating with me on several times updating me on the progress of clutch replacement and this year entertaining my complaints regarding this clutch .I called in today to get progress on my car, I was told that I might get it in Thursday.
