BAD SERVICE FROM LUCILLE
Lucille does not habe sense of agency ,she keeps on promising that she doesn't deliver -her attitude has prolonged the service on the car as she is not responding the calls and emails as she promises to call back and not even updating on the progress of the vehicle. please improve her service s****s -she needs some crash course on SERVICE .
