Bad service

My car has been with them for a over a month. No one has ever called me and spoke to me about the progress of the car. Llyod the consultant who is assigned to me has never bothered, called him numerous time. The service there is very bad, the receptionist are rude as well, more especially Priscilla or Prisca she is worse, hung up one me twice.
