BAD SERVICE AND DISHONESTY

On the 1st of March i had a car accident my insurer instructed that my be towed to Renew it Autobody workshop.The damage on my car was on the front and back bumper so they both had to be replaced, they gave me the impression that it was not a major repair and i was patient with them.Nello is the workshop manager whom I have bin communicating with and is constantly making empty promises.I'm constantly making dozens of phone calls to check on the progress of my car one day he tells me my car is done and being polished only to find it is still dismantled with missing parts.To this day I'm stil without the car when I call he answers the phone and tells me he will call me back with feed back and that never happens!I'm disgusted with their service and they really have no respect for their customers.I'm fed up I just want my car back and fixed.
