Bad service and delay of repairs

vehicle was taking from an accident scene on the 10 of May authorization from the insurance has been given to renew-it ... but the communication has been bad i always have to call to get answers - i receive SMS telling me about additional but when i ask what additions no one gives me an answer which additional Thembi can't even tell - now am being told no repairs have been done and everything will be done after 15 to 21 days just for fender and bumper??!! repairs can't take this long!! and the damage on my car is not that big!! no one is even communicating with me if i do not call
