Bad repairs and service

I had an accident with my Mercedes Benz and took it to a Panel Beater whom informed me that my vehicle is still under warrantee and suggested that I rather take it to Renew-it Randburg, as they are a Mercedes approved and a reputable company who does outstanding repairs. We have previously sent some of our clients to them and they were very happy with the service and repairs done. This is however not the case with my vehicle. It took a few days for the authorisation to be confirmed, and I took my vehicle in on 06/07/2015. I received my vehicle back on 09/07/2015 just to see that the alignment was not done properly, paint was running and items that were supposed to be painted black were white, lights were not aligned properly etc. I took my vehicle back on the same day, and requested Eddy to please see to my vehicle and have it fixed properly. I received it back on Wednesday 15/07 still with panel alignment problems. I phoned again, spoke to Craig. He promised my insurance broker to phone me, even if it was on Friday to arrange for the car to be taken back and repaired. to date this has not been done. A one week repair has already taken 2 weeks and will now take another week....
