Bad repair job

Was involved in a minor accident in November 2020, my insurance towed my car to renew it in Randburg, the lady assisting me (Sophia) was professional and provided constant feedback. However the repairs done on my car were disappointing, 16 December I go fetch my car, headlights were not put back in correctly, the guy called to come fix them comes there with a sour face as if we were inconveniencing him, next all four caps on my rims were missing, then then put white ones on the right tyres and black ones on the left, picked that up when I was about to drive off. Then I turn on the ignition and my parking sensors make an erratic sound, I didn’t pay much attention to that. Before I get home I realized that actually my parking sensors are malfunctioning, email them and I’m told to bring back the car for a diagnosis, did that and I’m informed the radar needs to be replaced, each time the ignition is turned on the car makes an erratic noise, parking assist lights on the dashboard are usually orange, mine were red, this is a clear sign that the sensors are not working yet these people want to tell me that they couldn’t pick that up. Fast forward to 2021, I’m told to bring in the car for one day to have the radar fixed, it’s day five and my car is still not back.
