Bad Quality Assurance

My SUV went in for a scratch on the left side (rear) and while it came back painted and fixed to satisfaction - they created another problem. They then ruined my left side passenger window which wasn't working anymore. They fixed the automation but now the window no longer has acoustics and vibrates when the radio is on. They also "misplaced items" from my glove box including my house keys, a perfume and store cards after I tirelessly drove up and down to ask them to look.
