Bad Quality, Admin and Management

I had such a bad experience form start to finish that I told my insurer if an incident ever arises again where my vehicle needs repairs and they send me to Renew-It Randburg, I'll switch insurance.

The repair quality of my vehicle was below standard and the effort it takes to take my vehicle back so that they can properly repair it is excruciatingly frustrating. Their admin and client service is just plain terrible. The previous time I had to repair my vehicle it was done at Dent Doctor in Randburg, so I had something to compare the two repairs to.
