Wanted to commend Renew-IT for the excellent service that they provided me. My car was meant to be driven in and after having been stationary for a few weeks I discovered that rats had taken over my engine. This resulted in my car being towed in. This caused a lot of confusion and spoke to a number of consultants regarding a second quote for the rewiring of the engine. <br> <br> To my surprise 2 weeks later I was called and asked if I'm still bringing in my car. I was not happy since that meant no work been done...Luckily on the other end of the line was a sincere and understanding consultant who explained to me how this could have happened. Lana Adams took responsibility, made sure she got the quote for rewiring the car and got the other job started. She kept me in the loop the entire time. This is my second time dealing with renew it, it was great the first time, and this second time was nearly the worst until Lana stepped in and reminded me why I requested for my car to taken to renew-it. Awesome service and dealing with people that understand...not machines.<br> <br> Regards,<br> One Happy Customer!!!<br>
