AND THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE MERCEDES BENZAPPROVED

I was in an involved and a small accident 3 months. Discovery Insurance sent me to have the damage repaired at Renew-it, whom I was told was the only Mercedes Benz approved panel beater in Johannesburg. When collecting my my car and on inspection, the paint job was a serious botched job and completely under par. In fact you can actually see where they 'polished' it . so, extra scratchy..... I was then told that they will fix it and that they will contact me to arrange. I was told that I would get a loan car for that time. After two weeks... nothing. I called them only to be told that there is a 6 week waiting period for a loaner car. I waited 6 weeks....nothing. I followed up again. and...nothing.... Two weeks later I spoke to the operations manager, who didn't get back to me. I got an sms the next morning telling me that they are trying to arrange a loan car for me for Thursday (today), and will let me know. Of course, the day is almost gone and .....nothing....
