Amelia not returning calls. Always busy
I have left 3 messages for Amelia to call me and give me feedback on the progress of my car, but I have received nothing. The messages I get from the reception lady is either she is in a meeting or on a phone call. I am not sure why Discovery Insure has sent my car for repairs at Renew-it because customers are neglected. All I need to know is how far are repairs because my car hire expires soon and I need my car back.
