Amazing Service Delivery
So what started with a terrible experience, an accident where thankfully no one got hurt, landed up to be a great service delivery experience. Road side assistance was quickly organised by our insurance Bryte, vehicle taken to Renew it Randburg. Constant sms updates through all the steps of the repairs and Patricia always keeping in touch made things easier, and whenever there was a bit of a delay on a part due to being a French car...Chaya always stepped in to explain and apologise for any inconvenience. On the delivery day, we were running late, and once again, management steps it up a notch and waits for us. Without a doubt, one of the best(of not the best) service deliveries we have experienced. Thank you Chaya and team.
