Absolutely horrible customer service

My car was sent in due to an accident, that was around 2 months ago, ever since, I have heard excuses about these guys finding the wrong part and just extending the time ever more. I am in great need of a vehicle and this company just doesn't seem to care, sick and tired of hearing that they have ordered the wrong part. 2 MONTHS down the line and still no vehicle, what, am I looking at another month again, since I hear you guys have again ordered the wrong part. I have made countless arrangements to try and find a vehicle whilst I 'patiently' wait for my car to return to me. And to add to this, the customer service is **********, since when does the customer have to keep calling you guys to get an update, absolutely ridiculous customer service. When I get my car, yeah WHEN, I will not be using renew it ever again.
