52 days with a repair and no end in sight

My car has been with renewit for 52 days and nobody can tell me when the car will be ready. This is besides the run around I have received from renewit when I was told on the 20th of Febraury that the car was ready. I asked if there was anyone who could drive the repaired car home with me as my wife works out of the country and I have nobody to assist me. I was told by Lana that she would confirm on the morning of the 22nd. This never happened. I caught an Uber taxi at a fare of R 304-00 to renewit just to be told that the car's aircon is now broken. I'm no mechanic, but I did not know that the aircon was by the front right bumper of the car. Still to date, I have heard nothing from renewit as to when the car will be ready. Fortunately, my wife is out that country and doesn't need the car but maybe renewit is using that as an excuse to take their sweet time in repairing the car. I have now asked my insurance for alternative panelbeaters as I cannot cope with the poor service from this company
