4 weeks later and the car looked the same as it was before the accident. Terrible workmanship and terrible service. Don't use them if you want your car fixed properly.

If only I could upload the photos of my "fixed" car as claimed by Renew-It Randburg. They truly speak for themselves on how bad of a job Renew-It Randburg did with fixing the car. Not only did it take them 4 weeks to "fix" the car, the car looked like it had just been in an accident while supposedly finished and ready for collection. There was hole in the front of the car (apparently they misplaced the piece that closes the front when the car was towed to them), the boot looked open while actually closed because of there being so much space on the side (run will have a field day getting into the car), the bumper was hanging on by a dear thread and just didn't fit (there was space open by the light, the bumper was poking out the bottom of the car). They charged for all of these "new" parts but they really just panel beat the original parts and it went horribly wrong.

They tried to get me to take the car, sign the release form and bring it back "some other time" to be fixed. I refused. One day of the rain and I'd have no car, water would have entered the front of the car and entered through the boot.

If you actually want your car to be fixed properly, I suggest you choose a different panel beater because Renew-It Randburg should just be closed for how poor of a service they provide.
