10 Months to Rew-it (It's still not fixed)

<p>I had a car break in on the 8th of September and informed auto and general immediately. Renew-it received my car on the 13 September 2016 (note the date). After 3 weeks I followed up with Renew-it and they informed me that they are still waiting for ordered parts. After numerous phone calls and agruments they finally released my car on the 14th of October 2016, it was still incomplete. They told me they order the missing part and will call me within 2 weeks to fix the car. I waited patiently and no one contacted me. I then followed up on the 20th of February, 2nd and 23rd of March, 3rd of May 2017 and my car is still not fixed. Today i called to speak to the service consultant and manager and was told they are busy. So Rodney Pillay (CEO of Renew-it), how long does it take to renew a car? Let alone renew it just fix it cause I paid you in full.......</p> <p> </p>
