My car was taken to your yard on 22 Nov 2017. I popped in a few days later as I had forgotten to remove my CD's within the Radio, however the battery was flat. I dealt with Monique who assured me she'll arrange that I get them. (6 CD shuttle)

I have sent a number of emails and have also visited the branch again (yes it was between christmas and new year when no one was working) but left messages and no message nor emails are responded.

I has also mentioned i have a base plate on the towbar which is used for the Bicycle rack. Again I have had no response.

The vehicle has been written off and my worry is that the vehicle will leave your yard. But due to the number of email correspondance and visits I have made, I will hold you guys accountable if these items are not returned. Its not as if I have not tried.

C'mon. Where is the customer service!!!
