WORST SERVICE EVER & YOU CAN'T GET HOLD OF THEM -YOUR PROBLEM!

DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLES TO THEM!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

These guys have the worst customer service ever!!!!

Firstly, we were called and told to pay excess upfront before any parts were ordered. We advised them that we will NOT operate that way. We informed them that excess will only be paid on collection & inspection of the repair works done. By telling them such, attitudes started to fly from these unprofessional people!

Secondly, we advised them to order relevant parts first. Once parts are ready, we would arrange to deliver the vehicle for repairs to speed up the process.

Thirdly, based on point 2 above, after numerous attempts made by ourselves, our broker and our insurance company to call them, you CANNOT get through to them on the phones. When you eventually do, they say they take messages but they don't pass on the messages & no-one calls you back, no-one calls to update you on progress whatsoever!

You send mails, you get ignored after getting read receipts on them.

Upon investigating did we find out that our vehicle had been at their repair centre waiting for parts THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ORDERED WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON SITE BEFORE OUR VEHICLE ARRIVED! Job is delayed and NO-ONE IS UPDATING the client WHO PAYS FOR THE JOB!

We have threatened and so has our insurance company. In fact, they not even coming back on a request made on a loan vehicle due to their lack of commitment & lack of keeping to a schedule & agreed upon request as a solution to the problem created BY THEM!!

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GET THINGS DONE & AT THE SAME TIME, YOU HAVE NO VEHICLE - YOUR PROBLEM!
