WORST SERVICE

My car was taken in for repairs on the 03rd of October 2017. Car reg FT 27 FC GP. But when i collected my car on the 20th November it had a dent hat was not even there when he car was taken in for repairs. Worst part they acted like everything was fine and when i showed the lady that was helping me she said they will send someone to fix it. Till today 03./09/2018 that has not happen. I WAS ASKING MYSELF IS THAT WHAT THEY DO TO THEIR CUSTOMERS?????? I will advise all my freinds and family members never to allow their car to be towed or fixed by Re- new it.
