Worst panel beater in South Africa

Renew-it Edenvale must be the worst service provider in the panel beating industry in South Africa, my car was involved in a small bashing and i was sent to them by my insurance company , i was told it would take 5 working days to complete the job. My car has been with them for a month now and is still not completed ,the service assistant has acknowledged that it has taken a longer time than normal and continuously tells me she has asked the workshop manger to expedite my car , but to no avail
