utterly useless communication and organisation

General repair work quite good. However, overspray onto chrome and incorrect grille put in place. Told to return car in six weeks(!) time to effect corrections. Car delivered on 23rd March and advised on the 17th April that the car is ready for collection. Upon arrival to collect it was clear that nothing had been done. The car stood for three weeks with no attention. The operations director Justin is clearly totally out of his depth. I could not reach him on the telephone and gave up after two days. On the four occasions that I have been there, I never dealt with the same person twice. The customer interface is very pleasant but utterly useless. This is a company that is totally lost.
