Unprofessionalism

I was involved in an accident and Re-new it Edenvale were the panel beaters that were approved by my insurance. I received my car after they 'fixed' and had gone through 'quality' check. The car had problems even after going through their quality check. I returned the car to re-new it only to be told they had missed something and they would notify me when the missing part was available and i could bring it in. I was informed when the part was available and i could bring it in. I brought in my car Monday (16/03/2015) to be repaired only to be told the next day that they were still missing a part and will let me know when i can bring in my car again. My car was meant to be delivered to my work place today (18/03/2015). I was informed at 12:00 the car was on its way it is now 13:56 and my car still hasnt arrived. The drive from their offices to my offices should be a maximum 30 mins. WHERE IS MY CAR???
