Unprofessional panelbeater more like a back yard shop

The most unprofessional business that I had to deal with, communication is not their strong point. It filters throughout their business even the owner Dunken never does come back to me. My vehicle has been in for repair for two months. I was told that my vehicle was ready for collection last Thursday, upon my arrival my vehicle looked like is been to a back yard panelbeater with white over spray on the black covers on the bumper. The cubby hole fell out as I opened it and all the wiring from the radio was hanging out. Since then I have been trying to reach Dunken who assured me that I will receive my vehicle on Monday completely repaired and apologised profusely that he put one of he’s most *********** staff members to communicate with me for the past month. However since that commitment was made I did not hear from Dunken or he’s staff. I have been constantly calling in and leaving messages but it appears that Dunken is in a week long meeting and too busy to get back to me. I am contacted today at 16:30 by Shirley to tell me that the cubby hole lid is on back order for 21 days. I am not sure when I will receive my vehicle completely repaired. I am not collecting my vehicle with wires hanging out the dashboard that’s for sure. Nobody returns my calls or replies to my emails. I have been to the premises on six occasions and I’m promised a lot but nothing is delivered. Do not send your vehicle to these guys, you have better luck with a backyard guy somewhere.
