Please, can you forward this to the relevant people as I don’t get any assistance or help from Renew it Bedfordview?

One of my vehicles was in an accident a month or so ago in Edendale, the towing guys towed my vehicle to Renew it Bedford view after I told them that I'm based in Pretoria and its difficult for me to go to them, so they assured me that it won't be a problem they will finish the vehicle and send a drive to come and fetch me to fetch my vehicle.

The specific person that was supposed to assist me was a certain Danela or Daniella or something which is completely *********** to work with a client, she hardly communicates with me and whenever I phone her she was never available, Left messages and hopefully she will give me a callback. It was on a Monday when I start phoning her asking about my vehicle trying to get them to hurry up as my rental vehicle was supposed to go back by the following Saturday.

That following Friday just after 5 pm their driver pitched up at my house, not phoning confirming anything the last thing they said is they will let me know if the driver can come and fetch me. Well, after that ordeal we arrived at renew it Bedfordview just after 6 as it was on a Friday afternoon and heavy traffic I came to realize that this specific Danela is no where to be found??? I mean if you have an arrangement you make sure you are there and if you can be there you let the client know that you won't be available but someone ells will assist.

I got another Lady by the name of Natashka which did more for me in that hour that the other one couldn’t even do I a month's time. Terrible ☹

Because it was late when I got the vehicle I told Natashka I will look at the vehicle in day time and get back to her if there’s anything that I'm not satisfied with. After two weeks struggling to get anyone to assist me (still waiting) I would just like to inform you about this.

The following is not up to standard

1. The vehicle is pulling to the left 2. Hooter is not working ( according to me this is a roadworthy item on a vehicle so if something happens to my vehicle in the meantime WHO IS GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COST, MY INSURANCE IS NOT GOING TO PAY FOR A VEHICLE THAT IS NOT ROADWORTHY) 3. The driver side window is rattling and sliding the window up and down it makes a knocking noise 4. The idling of the vehicle is not right, sometimes the rpm goes over 2000rpm (this has a big effect on the fuel consumption) 5. Nr plate light at the back is still the old ones??? It keeps on popping out of the bumper when you drive (also a roadworthy item) 6. The headlights also need adjustment

The other problem that I’m having is again IM BASED IN PRETORIA not closed to Bedford view so I will again need a rental or a vehicle from the panel beater so that they can come and fetch my vehicle and fix the problems.

I’m really not happy with the service that I received from Renew it side and trust me I will not recommend anyone to them nor sending any of our vehicles to them again.

I hope we can get this sorted as soon as possible!
