Still waiting

I had an accident on the 10th of March my car was towed to renew it long story short I received a call from them on the 12th of April that my car should be ready for collection on the 13th Friday latest Monday, come Monday I'm told my car failed QA but it's something I should not worry about its easy it should be fixed the same day till today I haven't received my car when I call the lady at the reception or switchboard is so rude and basically telling me to wait as if they doing me favour I have been patient enough today it's the 23rd I'm still waiting long weekend is coming I have plans, it might not seem important to attend my car but I need it and I'm eating my insurance know about the service I received from you,
