repairs to my vehicle after accident

Im horrified, i had an accident end Oct last year, got my vehicle back yesterday with a shock!! Took them almost 3 months. driver seat not working properly, light switches loose, paint job really scary and i can go on. I had to follow up with them they don't phone back or keep you updated in any way. Had to phone insurance to complain and then all of a sudden got my vehicle back in an unacceptable state. Would not recommend them to any one. So now stuck with vehicle that is in a terrible and probably unsafe state.
