Repairs

<p>I submitted my car for repairs on the 24th Feberuary 2016, The car is in a drivable condition, it just needs a bumper, radiator fan and lights change. When i left my car i was told that the estimated time frame of the repairs is 10 to 12 days. i was also told that someone is going to call me from their company and provide me with constant feedback regarding the stages of the repairs. 7 days passed and i have not received any call or feedback from them. I am the one who constantly call them and i am not getting any indication as to how far are they with the repairs.</p> <p> </p> <p>13 days down the like i am told they have not started with the repairs and are waiting for insurance to provide additional authouthorisation which i was not made aware of. I am totally disgusted with their service and whoever is handling the repairs of my car is always unavailable, i always speak to the receptionists who do not have full details relating to the repairs. Very Very horrible service.</p>
