Repair work not done properly

My mums vehicle has been in for repairs for the past three months. Renew-it has called 3 times to say that the vehicle is ready to be collected upon arrival the first time, the repair work done on the vehicle looks as if it was done so quickly and not to standard. We left the vehicle so they can rectify the repair work. On the second call to pick up the vehicle, about a week or so later they say to us that the vehicle is done. Upon arrival, once again we find the repair work not done, there were many flaws on the vehicle, we once again left the vehicle once again, third call comes through. And the same thing happens, repair work is not done properly. The people we talk to say they going to do something but they don't do anything at all. Making us wonder what is going on and what is the progress. I was not the only one there that has had the same problem, another old man came to collect his vehicle and he is also having the same problem. I wonder is this the type of service that Renew-it group is providing to customers?
