Renew it panel beaters

My car is taken for panel beaters. They have to order parts from oversees. When I was not happy with the length of the car having to stay and I wanted it back until they had parts. The reception lady patronised I then requested for her manager. Who also came with arrogance and started being arrogant and accused me of calling her stupid. I requested her to replay the recording and tell me when did I call her stupid. I’m still waiting for the recording. The same manager is now demanding me to pay 50% deposit on the parts before they can release my car. She is again refusing to show me the policy that states that demand. I just want my car back from this panel beaters.
