RENEW-IT EDENVALE HAS VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY!!

Service and communication is pathetic!!

My vehicle was in for repair work, when I got there to pick up my vehicle my bumper and light was not fastened properly and I had to wait two hours for this to be fixed and this after they told me the whole vehicle went trough a quality check!!

My vehicle needs a re-work, as they didn't replace a trimming around my light which is clearly damaged. I did my part by phoning my insurance company, they phoned Renew-It Edenvale and gave authorization for them to send the assessor so the necessary assessment can be made and the re-work can be done. It has been a month still no communication in this regard. I have been phoning and emailing and no response. They keep on making promises and nothing happens!!
