Renew-it Edenval does not fix, they break.

I handed in my Ford Everest to be repaired. Received it back with a cracked windscreen. The manager was unavailable as he was on lunch and the quality assurer tried to lay the blame with us. Fortunately photos don't lie as the car was delivered without the crack. After a very lengthy debate it was admitted that the crack had obviously happened on site and they would ensure a new windscreen is fitted. The service consultants Sandra and Natasha have submitted additional claims to my insurance to pay for their accident. No one there seems to know what is happening, despite being in daily contact with Sandra.
