Radio and Tools missing!

<p> </p> <p>My car went in for a repair. On receiving it back the radio was missing and my tools. This is suppose to be a highly recomended repair shop.... My Insurance (Santam) refered me to them and gave me little option to choose someone else so they must be good....</p> <p> </p> <p>On booking the rapair I had two phone calls no one knowing who is booking which customer. On receiving the quotations I got 4 Quotes. And now my Items are missing. I was told to take the car and it will be delivered to me. But that't not the point this is poor service at it's lowest. I paid in my access just to find out items are missing.....</p> <p> </p>
