Promised a Courtesy Car - NO DELIVERY

In February 2015, they \repaired\" my car (Audi WST752GP), but according to my reliable, reputable mechanic, only patched the Inter Cooler - for which Alexander Forbes paid<br> In December of 2015, the inter cooler started blowing, at which time I took the car to the mechanic as mentioned above<br> I then contacted Alexander Forbes, and Stacey Lee Chapman arranged that Zandie be contacted, so that I can arrange a time to drop off the car, for Renew-It to fix<br> This I did, only to find that he had already gone on leave!<br> I then contacted him again on Friday 22nd January to arrange a drop off, and to request a courtesy car<br> He informed me then that no car was available for that Monday, and asked if I would hold on for a week.<br> I agreed to that, against my better judgement and to my lasting regret<br> The car was then supposed to go in yesterday (1 Feb) but (unsurprisingly) no courtesy car was available<br> After NUMEROUS wasted calls, during which I held on until their \"system\" dropped the call, I got through to anexecutive, Daryl<br> Between Daryl and Zandie, I am assured that they will respond to me before COB today about me renting a car and billing them - not ideal,not holding my breath"
