Prescription glasses missing after repair

Hi there<br> <br> I sent my car in for repairs on the 26/10/2015 for repair work. I had prescription sun glasses in the sunglasses holster on the top right of the car. They have since gone missing. <br> <br> These glasses are not easily available. I had to get a prescriptioni for them. <br> <br> I find it disturbing that a company that is so big and is vouched for by so many Insurance Brokers are able to do this.<br> <br> I will not recommend it to any friends or colleagues.
