Poor Service

Renew-it collected my car on 06/01/16 to repair it, a day later I received an sms notification from them stating that the car will be ready by the 21/01/16. I called them on the 18/01/16 for an update only to be told that no work had been done on my car and they were in the process of ordering parts. I called them for an update regarding this on 22/01/16 and they advised me that they will call me on Monday. I am still waiting for this call, I called again today for an update only to be told that they have placed an order for more parts and have still not started work on the car. They're not willing to give me an estimate completion date and can't even tell me when they're expecting the parts to arrive. They also don't want to provide me with a courtesy car because according to them the delays that I've been experiencing are not their fault. Very poor service!
