Poor Customer service and Terrible workmanship

Had work done on my vehicle a while back and took it to another panelbeater, who said the work was unacceptale. There is a dent in the roof still, The rear small brake light was cracked and glued together.

On collection of the vehicle, the attendant said, they can't realign my boot and I only discovered the panel dent a few months later. Pathetic customer service! He said you can't get perfection. I have a bumper claim, got a quote from them again, and is R4000 higher than a competitior, Guess where I'm going to next and my entire circle I know?
