Please fix my car and apologise

Renew-IT Edenvale repaired our car after a minor accident.<br> <br> Initially, when the car was delivered on Friday, we were happy with the repair, having inspected the outside of the car.<br> <br> However, later on Friday night I noticed that the cubbyhole won't open, that the cup holder does not extend fully and the front covers over the door pillars near the windscreen was loose. <br> <br> I thought nothing of it at the time, told my wife to go back. I reasoned that Renew-IT probably worked on the dash due to air-con damage and that they won't have a problem to restore it to the state it was before.<br> <br> However, Renew-IT was rude to my wife and denied that they worked on the dash. The even tried to show her photos to proof that she is lying (even though the photos ended up proofing the opposite), blamed us for trying to force the cubbyhole
