Pathetic work and no competency

My husbands vehicle has been at the shop for more than 2 months and still waiting for everything to be sorted. There has been 2 instances that they let us know the vehicle is ready and when he gets there nothing has been done as he asked. This is unacceptable and no one is taking responsibility for everything that has been wrong. How do you tell someone their vehicle is ready and it looks like ****. They did not even order the correct tyre for the vehicle. *********** people trying to do this kind of job. We are absolutely disappointed.
