Pathetic service Renew-it Bedfordview/Edenvale

I am disgusted by the level of pathetic service Is being rendered by Renew-it Bedfordview/Edenvale. Firstly the service agents are difficult to get hold of, they do not have the courtesy to call you back when you try to make contact them. My vehicle has been with them for over a month, they send me updates of the progress of the repair stages when they feel like it,my vehicle was supposed to be repaired by the 5th of September, we called and said they would be done on the 10th of September which did not happen, they called and changed completion date to the 13th. Today is the 17th and no one has had the decency to notify me of the progress of the repair. I call them today and only on the third call I make I get some sort of service. To my surprise the Estimated completion date is now the 20th. I have never received such disgusting service and I’ve run out of patience!!!
