Pathetic service! Non existant actually

Absolutely shocking service. Car went in for repairs. used their supposed SMS service to get feedback. was never ever called back by Lungile. When I eventually got my car back, it wasnt finished and they had put a hole in my tyre! A month later and they still havent finished my car and no one ever updates me!. Try talk to a manager and no one is available. promise to phone me back. ha ha ha. thats never going to happen. was forced to use them by insurance. NEVER AGAIN
