Pathetic Service and Unreliability

my car was towed to them on the 26/07/19 and 15 days later I decided to pay them a visit to go check on the vehicle only to find out they had even touched the vehicle after sending me numbers of SMS’s sayings that the car has passed certain stages while it was parked collecting dust. They then finally fix it but then my break light are not working, nor are the reverse lights and indicators at the back I almost got into an accident

I swear it was like sabotage so I am back in that place with my car again. I am so annoyed with the level of poor service it’s pathetic
