Pathetic repairs with service to match

Vehicle was booked in with Renew-it Edenvale. It was estimated that it was going to be a 2 week repair but it was there for a month. I had a courtesy car from my insurance which I had to give back. After I fetch the car from renew-it. The panels are not aligned and there are gaps on the boot. Surely being a big business like this there shouldn't be this sort of bad workmanship. They advised me to bring the car back Wednesday this week just for ONE DAY. Guess what, including today it has been 3 days. Every time I get promised a call back but nobody ever calls me and I must call back every time.
