PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My car was given in for repairs on behalf of Miway due to a repair service based on an accident caused a month ago. I was greeted by the service manager Liezel who agreed to loan me an entry level Kia Picanto for the duration of my car being reapired. Liezel was fully aware that the vehicle had a huge crack across the driver's windscreen but yet allowed this vehicle to be put on the road upon which I received a ticket by the Metro Police which was a huge inconvenience on my part and that I must go and pay and will be refunded back to me. A few weeks into using this vehicle I misplaced the key of the car to which I took full ownership of and personally paid Kia in full dealing directly with Henry from Kia who invoiced me and confirmed payment in full, I had to go the extra mile and do this by myself as no quotes were sent to me on behalf of Renew it at any given point. In the process of this aggravating ordeal I dealt with a lady called Daniela De Sousa from Kia who is the most unempathetic, RUDE and disgusting customer service person I have ever come across in my life, she insisted the car keys would not have been locked in the car and insisted she would punish me by charging an extra daily rate for the service car hire if I dont agree to any of her terms and then BANGED the phone down on me and insinuated that I get lost and not bother her again. I will never ever deal or support Kia ever again due to Daniellas tone and pathetic poor service. A week has now passed and I keep getting promised by Natashka who is a very helpful individual and Liezel who never can call or answer the phone or reply to an email, that my refund of R5200 will be processed. I have not got any refund back until now. Natashka promised me Liezel would attend to by e mail/refund last week wednesday, thursday and friday. I feel like I have been ****** of my refund which Renew It were very quick to hold onto my credit card but refuse to pay me back. I am sick and tired of phoning and begging for a refund promised by Liezel and Natashka which never comes through!
