Not trustworthy and unproffesional service in my opinion

My car was towed in on the 17 March after an accident. Everything seemed fine until I got the car back. Firstly my cars remote was not working and when I asked was told that it was an old battery I then replaced this and still no joy; a day later my car I had to take my car to BMW repair center in Wynburg upon there instruction and was without a car for a day and had to find my own way home... problem was fixed I was told that some plug wasn'yyt connected when they assembled the car. I also found out that my cars splash cove rwas missing along with the driver side sun visor. When I queried it with Renew it they told me after a week of up and down that "the car came in with the visor on the dash" I told them that the accident was a hit from behind and that it was not possible that it happened before or at the accident.

I really think its unfair for me to be expected to replace the items especially because I'm not at fault.; such stife to get feedback and to get answers.
