Missing or ****** wheel. Placing me at risk.

Everything went so well till I discovered, after taking delivery, that my spare wheel has been removed from my car. Either lost or ******. So much for quality control. Called them and got a casual "we will investigate". Now I am exposed to danger with a missing spare. Having just been hijacked, I do not want to be a target on any road. So people, check your spare when collecting your car from anywhere where it can be tampered with. Can't trust anybody these days. Waiting to see what they going to do and how quickly they resolve this. Meantime, I'm at risk.
