what a horrible service I am receiving from Renew it they took my car in on the 30/10/2018 after it was involved in an accident only started working on my car on the 08/11/2018 after 1st for women insurance took over a week to approve my care for repairs. Thembelihle from renew it informed me that my car would be ready for collection on the 12 or 13 of November on the 12 of November she called and said that the car was not ready it would only be ready on the 19/11/2018. Today she has not be been taking my calls the entire day have been informed that she was busy with clients the whole day without any feedback. I left countless messages for her. Now she tells me that my car is not ready there are some parts they are still waiting for. The service here is very poor there is so much inconsistency in the information they give to customers
