I got in an accident 16 May 2024, my insurance budget took my car to Renewit Greenstone in Edenvalle for repairs the bumper, I follow up everyday to find out how far is the repair of my car, I always speak to lady called Teagan and she always tell me stories that my car need second assessment, I ask her via email if she can send the report plus time frame of the repairs, she did not respond back. And I told her that the duration of the courtesy car that budget hired for its ending on the 15th of June 2024 and they only extended it by six days,it seems like she doesn't care about my concerns at all. I need this matter to be escalate to her senior manager as I don't even get any help from her, even Budget insurance doesn't even give me feedback regarding the progress.
