HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM PHINDILE AND CREW

When somebody told me (after I already took my car there) that the service at Renew-it was beyond bad I thought they were exaggerating. This lady Phindile is a **** and very unprofessional. The receptionists never answer the phone, and when you’re lucky enough that they do, then Phindile “is not at work”! Peter seems like he knows what he’s talking about when you take the car in for a quote, only to establish that he’s also a ****. I’m surprised that this place remains open with such horrible service, and that these people are still part of their staff. What a bunch of useless ****S!!!!!!!!! Sies!
